Rea Steel’s impressive new showroom spans two storeys of steel windows, doors and partition designs. The showroom was curated with the purpose of providing clients with hands-on experience of how different windows or doors perform, as well as hardware combinations that benefit certain aesthetics or applications.
We collaborated with Rea Steel to give customers options for hardware configurations, allowing them to feel the weight, shape and comfort of the handle and observe how our finishes interact with lighting and frame finishes. We provided much of our standard ironmongery, such as one of the first door handles we ever introduced - The B850 oblong in the classic sheen of Satin Chrome on black double doors with matching oblong escutcheons. B59 OG slide stays and peg stays, also in Satin Chrome, are fitted and ready to use.
Our newly released collection of Brass Premium has been mounted to a range of different window and door systems, including steel pivot windows (horizontal and vertical) and as a duplex system - a classic method of locking for tall windows that benefit from the heritage aesthetic. For steel windows with significant extra height, we have the triplex system available to operate alongside the singular cockspur and duplex system to get a feel for the different methods of simple locking.
For modern solutions for steel windows and doors, we introduced the revolutionary multipoint locking system to the market. Multipoint maintains a firm seal as well as improved security without requiring external additions. This has been fitted to steel windows and doors within the showroom, fully operational and able to demonstrate the benefits for those who prefer to keep their windows and doors minimal.
Thanks to Rea Steel
